Everplay Group Increases Stake in Super Media Group Following Wardogs Sales Success
Everplay Group has increased its shareholding in Super Media Group to 28 percent following strong early sales for the military sandbox game Wardogs.

Everplay Group, formerly known as Team17 Group, has increased its stake in Super Media Group to 28 percent. Super Media Group serves as the nominal owner of the Bulkhead studio, which was founded a year ago by Bulkhead's own leaders. The investment follows strong early sales for the military sandbox game Wardogs, which prompted Everplay Group to exercise an option secured during a previous purchase.
Everplay Group previously acquired a 20 percent share in December 2025 for 2 million pounds sterling, which was approximately 2.68 million dollars at the time. The company exercised its option to acquire an additional 8 percent stake for the exact same amount. According to financial reports, Everplay Group considers the deal to be a very attractive investment. However, the company has not clarified whether it plans to purchase additional shares in the future.
Wardogs launched in early access with sales that significantly exceeded expectations. On its initial day of release, sales surpassed 1.25 million copies. The game has since reached the two million mark. Everplay Group expressed strong satisfaction with the launch and performance of the military sandbox title.
