Shueisha and Toei Animation have officially confirmed the launch details for Dragon Ball Super: Beerus. Following its initial reveal at the Dragon Ball Games Battle Hour in April 2026, the companies announced that the upcoming anime series will premiere on Japanese television on Sunday, October 11, 2026. The broadcast will air first across Fuji Television network channels in Japan at 11:15 PM JST, which corresponds to 10:15 AM ET.
For viewers looking to stream the series, Prime Video and U-Next will offer the earliest exclusive streaming availability shortly after the television broadcast, launching on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 12:15 AM JST. Other streaming platforms will receive episodes later in the week on Thursdays at 12:15 AM JST. Additionally, Toei Animation published a new Super Surge trailer on its YouTube channel in both Japanese and English to celebrate the announcement.
International fans will also have an opportunity to experience the series early. An advance screening of the first episode, alongside a booth exhibit and a dedicated panel, is scheduled for New York Comic Con 2026. The convention takes place at the Empire Stage from October 8 through October 11, 2026, with the panel and screening occurring on October 8. Furthermore, official announcements revealed the musical lineup for the show: Megatera-Zero will perform the opening theme song, titled “Onogami,” while VK Blanka will perform the ending theme song, titled “Kan Peki No Peki.”
