Death Stranding's $400 Sam Statue Features a Glaring Spelling Error
A $400+ Death Stranding 2 Sam Porter Bridges collectible figurine from Hot Toys and Sideshow features a very obvious spelling error on the back of its outfit.

Sideshow recently published a first-look video showcasing the upcoming launch of the Sam Sixth Scale Figure for Death Stranding 2 from Hot Toys. The figurine features deep detail, scores of accessories, interchangeable elements, and movable eyeballs. It also comes with a glaring spelling error that was spotted by eagle-eyed internet users on social media.
Fans looking to secure the Sam Porter Bridges figurine can pre-order it ahead of its scheduled December release. Premium editions boast rolling eyeballs, multiple attachments and cases, different BB units, UV reflective elements, over 30 points of articulation, a collectible card, a display case, and LED lights. Unfortunately, all versions appear to include a major typo on the back of Sam's outfit.
The text printed on the garment reads "DRAWBRIDGE. BOTH STICK AND ROPE, TO PROTECT AND CONNECT, TOGETHER, FOR TOMORREW" with the final word misspelled. While some people may view the mistake as a minor detail, passionate collectors paying over $400 for a high-end item expect strict attention to quality control. Because the figurine and its accessories feature extensive text printed across various surfaces, it remains uncertain if additional grammatical or spelling errors are present on the final product.
