Curve Games Partners With Wayfinder Studios to Publish Online Co-op RPG Wyldheart
Curve Games has teamed up with independent developer Wayfinder Studios to publish the online co-op role-playing game Wyldheart.

Curve Games has partnered with independent developer Wayfinder Studios to publish its upcoming online co-op role-playing game, Wyldheart. Stuart Disney, CEO of Curve Games, stated that the company aims to make ambitious investments in distinctive games and talented independent studios, calling Wyldheart a great example of that direction. This partnership represents the next phase of Curve Games' roadmap following its acquisition by Nazara Technologies last May for £21.7 million.
Sweden-based Wayfinder Studios was founded in 2020 by a team of EA DICE veterans, including former creative director Dennis Brännvall, former studio director Fia Tjernberg, and DICE alumni Manne Ederyd and Adam Clark. Their debut title has gathered significant early attention, accumulating over 375,000 wishlists on Steam alongside €248,000 raised through Kickstarter.
Dennis Brännvall noted that finding the right partner to build on this momentum was crucial for the team. He added that Curve Games quickly understood the vision for the project and the target audience. Fia Tjernberg previously explained that the studio chose to target a genre with room for innovation. The developers are focusing on persistent worlds featuring private servers, comparing the game structure to personal Minecraft or Valheim servers rather than massive shards housing thousands of players.
