Remedy Releases Early Launch Trailer for CONTROL Resonant, Due September 24
The action RPG sequel launches digitally on PC, Mac, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S next month, with physical versions following in October. A Deluxe Edition offers early access and bonus content.
Remedy Entertainment has released an early launch trailer for CONTROL Resonant, a 90-second video ahead of the action RPG's digital release on September 24, 2026.
The game launches digitally for PC, Mac, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S at $59.99/€59.99/£49.99, with a Deluxe Edition priced at $69.99/€69.99/£59.99. The Deluxe Edition includes an AWE mission outfit, an exclusive Wallet Untapped Artifact, a Starter Resource Bundle, digital artbook, digital soundtrack, and 48 hours of early access on PlayStation 5. Physical PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S versions release October 15, 2026.
CONTROL Resonant is a sequel to 2019's CONTROL and exists within the same universe as the Alan Wake series. Players control Dylan Faden, a human with extraordinary powers deployed by the Federal Bureau of Control during a supernatural crisis. The story centers on Dylan battling a strange cosmic entity and other threats overwhelming Manhattan while searching for his sister, FBC Director Jesse Faden, as he learns to harness his newfound abilities.
