Cities: Skylines 2 Expansion Pass 2 Out Now With New Parks, Creator Packs, and Autumn Breeze Patch

Paradox Interactive and Iceflake Studios have officially released Cities: Skylines 2 Expansion Pass 2 for PC players. Priced at $44.99, the new bundle offers up to 24 percent savings compared to purchasing each pack individually. This launch marks the first expansion pass from Iceflake Studios since taking over development of the city-building game late last year.

Expansion Pass 2 introduces several fresh systems to expand core city management mechanics, including park development, tourism, commercial districts, residential areas, and emergency services. The Downtown Market Set is available immediately upon release. It functions as a social hub built around food trucks and repurposed shipping containers, complete with a container gate centerpiece and a Scottish-inspired Temperate map featuring lochs, rivers, and ruins.

Players can also dive into Park Adventures, a modular park-building system that allows users to design city parks, zoos, amusement parks, and nature reserves across five maps utilizing over 100 new assets. These parks level up by attracting visitors, supported by an economy that grants control over ticket pricing, staffing budgets, and maintenance costs. Meanwhile, City Vacations upgrades the tourism system with landmarks and seasonal changes affecting visitor flow and spending habits.

The bundle also includes multiple creator packs. Modern Suburbs by Trist1322 adds contemporary low-rise residential buildings and mixed-use structures, while First Response by Arthaix expands emergency infrastructure with specialized fire, medical, police, and combined response facilities. Uncle Ron contributes the Map Pack with seven global-inspired environments, and Corner Street Beats provides a new radio station for late-night sessions.

Alongside the expansion pass, developers rolled out the Autumn Breeze patch. This update introduces various gameplay, visual, and user interface improvements to the PC simulator.
