Amazon Luna Introduces Remote Play Alongside September 2026 Prime Lineup

Amazon has announced its September 2026 Prime lineup for Amazon Luna and PC, which officially introduces Remote Play as the replacement for the older Amazon Luna Couch feature. Remote Play allows a Prime or Amazon Luna Premium host to invite up to seven guests into a shared session. Guests do not need a Prime membership, though they do require an Amazon account and a supported device. The feature appears in the Amazon Luna navigation when starting a shared session.

Alongside the platform changes, Amazon Luna Standard receives Star Wars: Outlaws and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora this month. Star Wars: Outlaws follows Kay Vess in an open-world adventure set between The Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora sends players into the Western Frontier for a Na'vi story centering on the RDA. Additionally, the GameNight section expands with King of Tokyo and It's Quiz Time: Guinness World Records available now, while Bowling Mayhem and Cranium Planet arrive soon.

For PC players, Prime members can claim 11 downloadable games throughout September across the Epic Games Store, GOG Code, Microsoft Code, Amazon Games App, and Legacy Games Code. The PC lineup rolls out across four distinct dates. September 3 brings Just Die Already and War Hospital via the Epic Games Store. September 10 adds Botany Manor, DOOM + DOOM II via GOG Code, and Drop Duchy. September 17 includes Wall World 2 on the Amazon Games App, Rims Racing on the Epic Games Store, and DOOM Eternal via Microsoft Code. The final batch arrives on September 24 with High on Life, Hue, and The Da Vinci Cryptex.
