Aion 2 Launch Scale Test Begins Tomorrow on PC

Developer NC is launching a Launch Scale Test for the upcoming MMORPG Aion 2. The test kicks off tomorrow, September 17, at 6:00 AM Pacific time and runs for two days ahead of the game release on October 5. Anyone can participate without needing a key. Players can download the test version right now through Steam or Purple to have it ready for the start time.

The test features several specific limitations. The in-game shop, Marketplace, Quna exchange, and player-to-player trading will all be turned off. Participants will only have access to default outfits, and the maximum level is capped at 37 to restrict high-level content. Furthermore, all player progression will be wiped after the test concludes. Players who choose to install the test version via Steam must uninstall it before downloading the full game ahead of Advanced Access on September 30.
