Aion 2 character creation bug blocks new players, workarounds available

Aion 2 players have encountered a 'Character creation restricted' error that prevents them from creating new characters, blocking access to the game for affected users.

The issue appears to be widespread enough that Video Games Chronicle published a dedicated guide covering both solutions and workarounds to bypass the restriction.

Players experiencing the error have several options available. The guide outlines specific steps to resolve the underlying issue, as well as alternative approaches for those unable to apply the primary fix immediately.

Character creation is a mandatory first step in Aion 2, making this bug a significant barrier to entry for new players and those starting fresh on alternative accounts. The availability of documented workarounds provides immediate relief while the underlying issue is addressed.
