Zenless Zone Zero Version 3.2 Update Adds First New Agent Specialty, Armorer

HoYoverse has revealed details for the upcoming Zenless Zone Zero version 3.2 update, titled “Their Secret Histories.” Scheduled to launch on September 9, 2026, the patch introduces a major new addition to the free-to-play action RPG: the game's first brand-new Agent specialty since launch, known as Armorer.

The Armorer Specialty is designed to balance offense and defense, featuring heavy-damage mechanics such as Maim, multi-CRIT when the critical rate exceeds 100%, and the ability to negate enemy attacks using Counter-Assists. Headlining this new specialty is Claret, the S-Rank Electric head of the Flint Workshop and the game's first Armorer Agent. Claret wields a scythe and utilizes her own blood in combat. She will be available during the first half of the update alongside her W-Engine, Crimson Thirst, and a rerun banner for Nangong Yu.

The update's second S-Rank Agent is Roxy, a Wind Stun character and Claret's close assistant and chief smith at the Flint Workshop. Roxy uses a combination shield and hammer weapon to control the battlefield with tornadoes. She will appear in the second signal search banner alongside her W-Engine, Crimson Moon Casket, and a rerun for Promeia.

Alongside the new characters and Flint Workshop faction, the "Their Secret Histories" update continues the storyline within Roscaelifer, leading players to visit a new area of the region. The patch also introduces new outfit skins for the Angels of Delusion characters—Aria, Nangong Yu, and Sunna—which can be earned by participating in version 3.2 events including a check-in program and a pinball-machine crafting mini-game.

Zenless Zone Zero is available across PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, PC, and mobile devices.
