Two new games launch on Xbox today, bringing a mix of survival first-person shooter action and soulslike role-playing to the platform. Players looking for new additions to their libraries can pick up these titles starting September 14.
The first release is Ferocious, a survival first-person shooter adventure that strands players on a dangerous island filled with mercenaries, dinosaurs, and a hostile ecosystem. The game features fast-paced gunplay and environments that range from ancient ruins to encounters with apex predators.
The second release is Fountains: Extended Edition. This title is a soulslike action-RPG set in a maze-like interconnected world where players control a hooded stranger imprisoned by a tyrannical regime. It features tight, responsive combat designed to test precision and quick thinking, alongside adjustable difficulty settings to accommodate different experience levels.
