The Precinct Gets Armored Truck Update on PS5

The Precinct, the top-down sandbox cop game from Fallen Tree Games, has received a major update on PS5. The patch, titled the Armored Truck Update, is available to download now.

The update introduces new mission types centered around armored trucks. Players can now guard these vehicles, respond to ATM robberies, and handle kidnapping cases. These additions expand the game's crime variety, which already features dynamic scenarios like pursuing criminals through alleyways and using tire spikes to stop getaway vehicles.

Beyond new missions, the Armored Truck Update includes additional document checks, gameplay changes, quality-of-life improvements, audio changes, and bug fixes, according to the official press release. The additions demonstrate developer Fallen Tree Games' commitment to expanding the sandbox design that throws varied scenarios at players throughout the fictional Averno City.
