Rizz Dungeon: Skeleton Key to My Heart Delayed to 2027

Developer Snoozy Kazoo has announced that its upcoming dating sim dungeon crawler, Rizz Dungeon: Skeleton Key to My Heart, has been delayed until sometime in 2027. The title was previously scheduled for a release on the 17th of September.

According to a blog post on Steam, the delay stems from the commercial success of the developer's other two games, which center around a crime-committing Turnip Boy engaging in acts such as tax evasion and bank robbing. Because those titles have sold so well, the five-person team at Snoozy Kazoo now has the financial stability to continue working longer on Rizz Dungeon. This extended window allows the studio to include monster characters that otherwise would have been cut and lengthens the overall game.

Rizz Dungeon: Skeleton Key to My Heart is described as a mixture of a dating sim and a classic dungeon crawler where players attempt to use charm on hostile creatures to add their monstrous skills to the party. Steam advertising notes it is designed as a short game rather than a massive RPG experience, with mechanics built around charisma maxxing to bypass combat quickly.

With this shift, Rizz Dungeon joins other titles moving away from the September 17 launch window, ensuring the developer has ample time to expand the project.
