PS Plus Members Can Claim Free Spider-Man: Brand New Day Avatars Starting October 6

PS Plus subscribers can claim a set of free Spider-Man: Brand New Day avatars starting October 6th. The six PSN profile icons include Tom Holland's Spider-Man and Zendaya's MJ Watson, available through the Sony Pictures Core app.

To claim the avatars, PS Plus members need to boot up the Sony Pictures Core app and follow the in-app steps. Non-subscribers can still obtain the avatars, but must purchase the digital version of the film to access them.

The avatars mark the digital release of Spider-Man: Brand New Day in the Sony Pictures Core app. The film broke domestic US box office records earlier this year, becoming the highest-grossing release of all time in the country. Internationally, it has earned nearly $2.5 billion, making it the third most successful movie ever made.

The avatar release coincides with new PS Plus Essential game additions arriving next week, including F1 25 and Hunt: Showdown 1896.
