Pokémon Pokopia Expansion Pass Coming to Switch 2 on Game-Key Card in Japan
The Pokémon Company confirmed a new packaged release of Pokémon Pokopia with the Expansion Pass arriving in Japan on October 29, 2026, on a single Game-Key Card alongside future DLC.

Pokémon Pokopia is getting a new packaged release in Japan. The Pokémon Company announced that a version bundling the game and Expansion Pass will arrive on October 29, 2026, on a single Game-Key Card for Switch 2.
The package contains "the game and DLC on a Game Key Card in one product," according to reporting from Serebii.net. Future DLC released after October 29 will be automatically downloaded with updates when they release.
Purchasers will also receive a code for a Berry Furniture set, which includes a berry chair, bed, table and lamp.
This marks the latest packaging option for Pokopia following an August announcement that Korea would receive a packaged download version of the Expansion Pass. A Switch 2 Pokémon Pokopia hardware bundle was released in certain regions earlier this year.
The release coincides with Pokémon Legends: Z-A receiving a new Switch 2 physical release next month.
