Mattel Brick Shop Reveals Life-Size Original XBOX Set

Mattel Brick Shop has officially revealed a brand new 3,509-piece building set that recreates the original Xbox console and its iconic Duke controller at full scale. As part of Microsoft's celebration of 25 years of Xbox, the collector-focused kit comes packed with interactive features, including controller-activated lights and sound sequences, as well as twelve NanoWorld figures.

Designed as a tribute to gaming history, the buildable replica features internal dioramas inspired by classic titles such as Halo, Psychonauts, and The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind. Opening the console triggers the original Xbox opening sequence, while pressing the controller buttons activates lights and sounds tailored to each individual game diorama.

Priced at $324, the collector's set is currently available on the official Mattel Creations website. According to current details, shipments for the buildable original Xbox replica are expected to go out starting October 16, 2026.
