Let's Build a Dungeon Launches Early Access February 11, 2027

Springloaded announced an Early Access release date for Let's Build a Dungeon during the PC Gaming Show Tokyo Direct. The game development simulator launches February 11, 2027 on Steam, with Xbox coming in partnership with Kowloon Nights.

Let's Build a Dungeon puts players in charge of a game studio tasked with developing an in-game MMORPG. At launch, you can develop your creation up to a "GameLink Early Access" milestone, then expand it toward a full in-game release as the actual game receives updates throughout its Early Access period.

The game offers four distinct modes. Campaign Mode combines studio management with RPG creation. Just Build Mode provides a streamlined, low-pressure world-building experience. Creative Mode is an open sandbox with full game-making tools and creative control. Dungeoneering Mode features curated experiences from Springloaded and community developers.

Players can harness thousands of hand-drawn assets to customize their worlds. A standout feature is Twitch integration, which invites a streamer's chat into the game as virtual players who vote on key studio decisions.

Springloaded said the Early Access approach lets them work with the community to deliver the game players want. "If you have the privilege of a passionate community who enjoy your game enough to want more features and more content, it's nice to return that respect and try to do everything you can to deliver a great game they can enjoy," the team stated.
