GRAVHOUNDS Hits PC and XBOX Early Access November 2

Octopus Panic's debut title, GRAVHOUNDS, will enter Early Access on PC and Xbox on November 2, 2026, following its reveal at Gamescom Opening Night Live.

Developer Octopus Panic has announced that its debut multiplayer title, Gravhounds, is scheduled to enter Early Access on PC and Xbox on November 2, 2026. The game was officially revealed during Gamescom Opening Night Live, bringing physics-driven chaos and survival extraction mechanics to up to four players.

Founded by industry veterans from DICE and 343 Industries, studio Octopus Panic drew design inspiration for Gravhounds from classic elements found within the Battlefield and Halo franchises. In the game, players control a crew of bioengineered, blue-collar dogs stranded on the far side of the galaxy who are still expected to report for work. Co-founder and former head of Halo Studios Josh Holmes noted that the project originated from a desire to focus on simple multiplayer co-op experiences where chaotic moments unexpectedly derail planned sessions.

Ahead of its upcoming November launch, the title is currently available for players to wishlist on Steam and the Windows Store. The game's reveal accompanied a wave of announcements coming out of Gamescom 2026, including updates on other major titles.
