Fortnite 'Likely' Adding Chucky Collab in 2026 Fortnitemares Event

Fortnite's 2026 Fortnitemares event is shaping up to include another major horror franchise collaboration. According to leakers ShiinaBR and FNBRIntel, Chucky is likely part of the upcoming Halloween event, though Epic Games has not yet officially confirmed the partnership.

The leakers have a long track record of accurately revealing Fortnite collaborations, giving their report credibility despite the unconfirmed status. Five Nights at Freddy's has already been announced for Fortnitemares, meaning players will see multiple horror properties featured in the event.

Chucky's small stature makes him an ideal fit for Fortnite's Sidekicks system, which was introduced to accommodate characters of varying sizes. The 2026 event could be the perfect timing for the iconic doll to take center stage using this feature.

Fortnite collaborations typically include purchasable cosmetics through the Item Shop, in-game weapons, NPCs, and themed cosmetics. Past Fortnitemares events have featured varying collaboration types. In 2025, the event included Doja Cat's Mother of Thorns and Jason from Friday the 13th as in-game bosses. The 2024 Fortnitemares event brought Jigsaw cosmetics and Boom Billy weapons alongside a Chainsaw weapon.

Halloween-themed collectibles and additional content are expected to roll out across the event's duration before the seasonal transition in November. Epic Games typically reveals official collaboration details in the coming weeks.
