Report: FaZe Vegas May Replace Drazah With Scrap and HyDra After Champs Win

FaZe Vegas may be heading into a new Call of Duty League season with a significantly different roster, according to a report from Insider Gaming. The claim, originally posted by TheGhostofHope on social media, suggests that Drazah is looking to leave the organization after contract negotiations reportedly stalled.

The timing is notable. FaZe Vegas recently won the Call of Duty Championship on home soil, defeating OpTic Texas in a dramatic grand final. That victory ended a multi-year title drought for the organization, making any potential roster changes all the more surprising.

According to the report, Drazah is eyeing a fresh start ahead of the upcoming Modern Warfare 4 season. If he departs, the proposed new lineup would include Scrap and HyDra joining the starting roster, with Alluka returning from a loan spell. Simp, the longest-serving member of the FaZe team, would remain as the anchor of the squad.

The potential addition of Scrap and HyDra would mark a rebuild rather than a continuation of the championship-winning roster. Both players are well-known figures in the Call of Duty scene, and their arrival would signal a shift in direction for FaZe Vegas.

Speculation has also centered around Drazah's reported reluctance to team with Scrap, citing a long-standing rivalry between the two. However, this remains speculation about team chemistry rather than a confirmed reason for any move.

FaZe and the players involved have not publicly confirmed the report. As of now, nothing has been officially announced, and the situation remains fluid heading into the offseason.

Drazah, a two-time Call of Duty world champion, would likely have his pick of teams if he decides to relocate. His potential departure adds another layer of intrigue to what has already been a relatively quiet period of roster movement in the Call of Duty esports scene.

The Call of Duty League wrapped up its season with FaZe Vegas claiming the championship title. With the offseason now underway, all eyes will be on how teams shape up ahead of the next campaign on Modern Warfare 4.
