Dying Light: The Beast Celebrates First Anniversary with Physical Edition and Three-Week Event
Techland marks Dying Light: The Beast's first year with a limited physical Anniversary Edition from Super Rare Games, three weeks of in-game celebrations, and a 50% discount sale.

Dying Light: The Beast is marking its first anniversary with a suite of new content and merchandise. Developer Techland has partnered with Super Rare Games to release a limited physical Anniversary Edition of the game, available for pre-order starting September 18.
The physical edition includes the game disc alongside collectible items: a steelbook case, an artbook, a soundtrack, stickers with glow-in-the-dark variants, and a poster. The Anniversary Edition will have limited availability.
The celebration runs for three weeks beginning September 18. Players will have access to double XP events, an Anniversary Edition in-game event period featuring community goals and voteable rewards, and daily login drops. The Discharge Weapon Pack will be available to all players for free from September 17 to 24.
For new players, Techland is offering the game's largest sale to date, with a 50% discount available between September 18 and 26.
Dying Light: The Beast launched in September 2023, reintroducing protagonist Kyle Crane ten years after the events of the original game. In March, Techland released a major update called Restored Land, which allows players to clean the in-game map of zombies. The game is currently available on PC and current-generation consoles, following Techland's July announcement that PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions would not be released.
