donk Breaks 5,000 Elo Record on FACEIT, Sits Clear of Competition

Danil 'donk' Kryshkovets has set a new FACEIT record by breaking the 5,000 Elo mark on the platform. The Team Spirit entry fragger achieved this milestone after grinding Counter-Strike in FACEIT Season 9, becoming the first CS2 player to reach that threshold this season.

donk played 24 FACEIT games over the last five days, recording 18 wins to only six losses. Over his 30-match streak, he posted a 1.54 rating, 26/14/5 KDA, 1.79 KD ratio, 75% headshot percentage, and 119.1 average damage per round with a 70% win rate. His run included standout performances, including 43 kills on Ancient on September 19 over 29 rounds and 34 kills on Mirage on September 22 over 30 rounds. On Mirage, he banked a 2.12 FACEIT rating in a 13-1 win with 25 kills, and recorded a 23/12/2 KDA on Ancient in a 13-7 victory.

The 19-year-old now sits at 5,026 Elo, more than 200 points clear of FUT's Dmytro 'dem0n' Myroshnychenko, who occupies second place with 4,816 points. donk's record-breaking form comes after Team Spirit skipped StarLadder StarSeries Season 20 but maintained competitive sharpness through FACEIT competition.

donk's performance has intensified the debate around the world's best Counter-Strike player. Fans want concrete data on whether donk or Team Vitality's Mathieu 'ZywOo' Herbaut is the strongest competitor. Team Spirit is scheduled to compete at ESL Pro League Season 24 in Katowice, though a direct matchup may not occur at full strength. According to stage host James Banks, Vitality are expected to travel with Justinas 'jL' Lekavicius as a stand-in for IGL Dan 'apEX' Madesclaire, who was previously confirmed absent for both ESL Pro League and the following event, PGL Masters Bucharest 2026.
