Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition – The Viking Sagas is now available, according to an announcement from Xbox Wire.

The expansion adds new campaigns and civilizations centered on Viking history to Relic Entertainment's real-time strategy game. Players can experience fresh gameplay through the Viking-themed content within the Definitive Edition version of the long-running RTS franchise.

Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition is available on PC and Xbox platforms. The original Age of Empires II launched in 1999 and has remained a staple of competitive and casual RTS gaming for over two decades. The Definitive Edition, released in 2019, modernized the game with updated graphics, balance changes, and new civilizations while preserving the core gameplay that made the series influential in strategy gaming.
