Xbox is offering three substantial RPGs as part of this week's Free Play Days promotion, running through October 4. Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Far Cry 6, and Assassin's Creed Odyssey headline a Ubisoft-focused lineup that provides significant value for weekend gaming.
All three titles are available to play for free during the promotion period. Unlike some Free Play Days events, Xbox Game Pass is not required to access these games. Players interested in purchasing can take advantage of hefty discounts on the full versions.
To download, search for each game on the Xbox Store and select either the "Install, Included with Game Pass" or "Free Trial" button. Each game offers dozens of hours of open-world gameplay, making them capable of consuming an entire weekend for players new to the series.
This marks a notable Ubisoft takeover of the weekly promotion, with all three releases representing substantial RPG experiences rather than smaller indie or arcade titles typical of some Free Play Days rotations.
