Two Point Museum's Rides & Relics DLC launches with free Act 1 preview

Two Point Museum is getting a new DLC in October called Rides & Relics, which lets players design museums themed around amusement park attractions. To help players get familiar with the content, Two Point Studios and Sega are offering a free Act 1 preview starting October 1.

The free Act 1 includes a new museum ground called Riquetti Gardens, the first five points of interest from a new expedition map, four ride exhibits, one custom coaster type to explore the new roller coaster design mechanic, ten new mascots, and gift shop props. Players will be able to design their own roller coasters and decide where to place them within the museum.

The full Rides & Relics DLC launches on October 8, 2026 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S. Nintendo Switch 2 will receive the update later. The DLC introduces a new expert type called Funfair experts to keep guests engaged and educated. Players will also explore the dilapidated Gearbox Fairgrounds expedition map to find rides and amusements inspired by vintage amusement parks.

The free Act 1 runs from October 1 until the paid DLC launches on October 8, giving players a week to experience the new museum location and mechanics before the full release.
