Pixel Washer Launches in Early Access on PC This Month, Coming to Switch Platforms in 2027

Pixel Washer, a retro-inspired power washing simulator, will launch in Early Access for PC via Steam on October 15. The game is also confirmed for console release on both Switch 2 and the original Switch in 2027.

Power washing simulators have gained traction among players seeking relaxing, meditative gameplay experiences. Pixel Washer fits into that growing genre while adding a retro aesthetic to the formula.

The Early Access period on PC will give players a chance to experience the game in its current state while the developer continues refining the title before its full release. Early Access titles typically gather player feedback to inform ongoing development.

The dual Switch release in 2027 indicates developer confidence in bringing the experience to Nintendo's hybrid platform and its successor. No specific release dates within 2027 have been announced for the console versions.

More details about the game's mechanics, pricing, and feature set are expected as the October 15 PC launch approaches.
