Neurable One Headphones Bring Brain-Computer Interface to Everyday Wearables
Neurable has launched Neurable One, wireless headphones with 12 EEG sensors built into the ear pads for continuous brain tracking. The $500 wearable translates brain activity into real-time insights on focus, cognitive load, and mental fatigue through iOS

Neurable, a company specializing in noninvasive brain-computer interface technology, announced Neurable One today. The new headphones integrate premium audio and active noise cancellation with continuous brain tracking, bringing cognitive performance monitoring into everyday wearables.
Neurable One combines 12 EEG sensors embedded in the ear pads with a lightweight design intended for all-day wear. The headphones work alongside iOS and Android apps that translate brain signals into real-time insights across four cognitive states: focus, cognitive load, cognitive speed, and brain battery. Users can monitor their performance during work, study, meditation, or rest.
The app provides immediate feedback during sessions. Focus monitoring alerts users when attention drifts, while neuroadaptive audio adjusts to changes in cognitive state. Smart Brain Breaks detect mental fatigue and recommend when to take a break. During recovery activities like meditation or naps, the app shows real-time shifts in cognitive state.
Beyond individual moments, Neurable One tracks patterns over time. The app calculates brain battery, a live metric based on sleepiness, stress, and cognitive load, and measures Alpha Peak Frequency, which identifies a user's strongest resting brain rhythm. Weekly and monthly reports reveal longer-term cognitive patterns, helping users understand when they perform at their best.
Brain Data Banking stores a continuous history of brain activity whenever the headphones are worn with the app open, building a record that grows naturally through daily routines rather than relying on isolated sessions.
Neurable CEO Ramses Alcaide said in a statement: "Neurable One is the product we've been working toward for more than a decade. It takes everything we've learned about bringing brain sensing out of the lab and makes it intuitive and useful in everyday life. Our vision has always been a future where understanding your brain is as seamless as tracking your steps or checking your heart rate."
The headphones represent the next step in Neurable AI, the company's patented brain-signal processing platform. Beyond consumer products, Neurable is working with OEM and licensing partners to expand brain-sensing technology into additional wearables including gaming headsets, helmets, and hearing protection.
Neurable One retails for $500 and is available in the United States starting today.
