Two Classic '90s Adventure Games Are Getting Special 'Big Box' Releases For Xbox Consoles

Limited Run has announced physical releases for the classic '90s adventure games Myst and Riven, which have been rebuilt and re-released for modern platforms. Fans of retro PC packaging can secure special 'Big Box' editions designed to emulate older PC releases.

The 'Big Box' versions are priced at $64.99 / €71.95 / £65.00 and include a physical disc copy of the game, a soundtrack CD, and a double-sided poster. Additionally, a non-big box alternative is available for $39.99 / €44.95 / £40.00, which comes with an eight-page booklet instead. Regarding platform compatibility, Myst is available for Xbox One as well as newer systems, while Riven is exclusive to Xbox Series X with no last-generation release.

Pre-orders for both titles will open via the Limited Run website starting on September 18th and will remain available for a duration of one month.
