Tencent and Capcom have confirmed an October 29 launch date for Monster Hunter Outlanders, a mobile adaptation developed by Timi, Tencent's Shenzhen-based studio. Pre-registration is live on the App Store and Google Play.

Outlanders adapts Monster Hunter's hunting loop for mobile alongside crafting, exploration, and original player characters called Adventurers. The game includes two control schemes designed to serve both Monster Hunter veterans and mobile-first players.

Timi producer Dong Huang and Capcom chief product officer Ryozo Tsujimoto, who produces the Monster Hunter series, confirmed in a joint video message that the Charge Blade weapon will be available at launch. A recent trailer unveiled flagship monster Ruger Aidal, Adventurers Freya and Haze, and tools including the Sky Glide and Wind Platforms.

Timi, known for developing Honor of Kings and Call of Duty Mobile, also previously collaborated with Microsoft on Age of Empires Mobile. A separate mainland China version of Outlanders is scheduled for 2027, distinct from the global release.
