Leus launches Cohort Purchasing platform to let mobile game publishers monetize player acquisition early
The data-driven UA financing company has unveiled a new platform that predicts cohort performance and enables publishers to sell future revenue from players before they generate income.

Leus, a data-driven user acquisition financing and analytics company, has launched a Cohort Purchasing platform designed to help mobile game publishers acquire users before revenue generation begins.
The platform uses historical cohort data and back-test forecasting models to predict cohort performance up to 52 weeks into the future. Based on these predictions, Leus makes a purchase offer to publishers, allowing them to monetize player acquisition immediately rather than waiting for in-game revenue.
Publishers can evaluate unsaturated cohorts as early as day seven after acquisition, giving them rapid feedback on player performance. This enables marketing reinvestment into future campaigns without waiting for monetization cycles to complete.
Halil Özdemir, Leus co-founder and MD, framed the concept simply: "If a cohort has a measurable future economic value, why should the founder need to borrow against it? Why not simply sell it?" Özdemir discussed the future of user acquisition at Pocket Gamer Connects London earlier this year, where he hosted a talk titled 'Future of UA: Creatives, Predictions and Funding'.
