GameSir Launches Fortnite Mobile Controllers for Xbox Cloud Gaming and Multi-Platform Play

GameSir has revealed a new collection of officially licensed Fortnite mobile controllers designed for cloud gaming and portable play.

The X5 Lite for Xbox Fortnite Edition is priced at $49.99 USD and supports Xbox Cloud Gaming and Remote Play on Android phones. The controller carries an official Xbox licence, integrating it with the Xbox Game Pass ecosystem. It connects via USB-C and is MFi certified, also working with iPhone and iPad, though Xbox Cloud Gaming and Remote Play support is limited to Android devices. The Fortnite Edition includes themed artwork and digital in-game bonus content such as gliders and emotes.

The G8 Plus Fortnite Edition costs $89.99 USD and offers broader device compatibility, working with Android, iOS, Nintendo Switch, tablets and PC. It features Hall Effect sticks, two remappable rear buttons, full-size controls and a console-style grip. Unlike the X5 Lite, the G8 Plus is not Xbox-licensed but supports a wider range of platforms.

Both controllers are currently available for pre-order through GameSir. The X5 Lite for Xbox Fortnite Edition is expected to ship in October 2026. The full collection will launch this fall through Amazon, Best Buy, AliExpress, TikTok Shop and Walmart. Each model includes Fortnite-themed designs and digital bonus content with the purchase.
